Currency

All prices on our Site are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP £). If your payment card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion and/or foreign transaction fee — this is determined by your bank, not by FitBrit.shop.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant (the industry standard for payment security). Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely — we do not store your full card details on our servers.

When You're Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, once payment has been successfully authorised. If a payment cannot be authorised or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified at checkout.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, please check that:

Your card details, billing address, and expiry date are entered correctly
Your card has sufficient funds available
Your bank has not flagged the transaction (contact your bank if unsure)

Order Confirmation

Fraud Prevention

We use Shopify's built-in fraud analysis tools to help protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions. Orders flagged as high-risk may be subject to additional verification or cancellation.
