Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and cancellations work.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your item.

Return window: 30 days, starting from the date your item is delivered.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, to be eligible for a return.
Return shipping: We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.
No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

To start a return, please contact us at support@fitbrit.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a free return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fitbrit.shop with your order number.

Once an order has been fulfilled (i.e., shipped) or the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our standard Return Policy above.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including (where applicable) final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fitbrit.shop with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
