Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, public holidays).

Shipping Locations

We ship from our fulfillment location in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, and currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, FitBrit.shop is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, extreme weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FitBrit.shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@fitbrit.shop and we will try to update the details before the order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local courier office first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@fitbrit.shop within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.
